On this day in 1921 the following announcement was made: "Oregon will have eight delegates at the convention of the National Woman's Party to be held in Washington, February 15 to 18."
Following passage of Equal Suffrage, the convention's purpose was the adoption of a future program. Some males speculated concern that the women, not content with equality at the voting booth, wanted something more.
