On this day in 1910, a high scoring basketball game between Willamette University and the University of Oregon was played in Eugene. Willamette University won 20 to 9 in a very rough contest with many fouls called on each team. Willamette's floor work was excellent with McIntyre standing out in his basket throwing. Oregon displayed superiority only in dribble.
